At present all services (except for weddings and funerals) will continue to be mainly internet based. However, in line with Government and CoE guidelines, the PCC is considering how best to open the church for private prayer and services. Further notice about Jonnie Miall’s funeral

If conditions are favourable there will be a fly past over Lower Farm and the village before the cortège moves through.

The Revd Jane Wright and the Churchwardens have announced that they will open the church in Duns Tew on Wednesday after the funeral procession so that any who wish may go inside to reflect or pray.

A small group of Christians from Duns Tew has been meeting each morning during Lockdown to pray for our village. We have been praying for the Lord’s protection from the virus for each person in Duns Tew. We were inspired to pray for our village after hearing of a similar prayer group who met and prayed for the men of their village who went to the front during the First World War.…
